"I have to give a BIG praise report for Nathan and Steve at the State Farm office of Nathan Poole. I can't say enough how happy I am switching from the Byron, Alex Thigpen, office. This review is not about the Byron office. You can see their site to read why I could not stay there. This review is about how Nathan came to my rescue just when I needed some last minute, serious information. He didn't hesitate to look up what I needed and pass it on.
